Description: |
Design, development and verification of integrated circuits for ElectroMagnetoresistive Random Access Memory (EMRAM), Magnetic Capacitor (MCAP) and Metal Device (MDevice).
Position requires experience with magnetic concepts, magnetic material polarization,
colossal capacitor and magnetic thin process integration and design technology; also silicon IC logic and memory design, ASIC, DRAM, SRAM and Flash memory.
Position requires experience design and testing of magnetic transistors as well as design and testing of magnetic
capacitors.
A strong background in research and development is required as this position involves implementation of newly discovered phenomena. Must have familiarity with SimluCAD development tools, with extensive experience in layout of critical circuitry. Must have familiarity with electroglas automated wafer handling test equipment. |
